As for the comment that mixing diferent subs is a bad idea - I'm not an audio expert, but from my Phys 203 education I can HIGHLY disagree with what you're saying. After all, why do they make 4-way speakers? If I have 2 12" playing on mid-low, and one 18"...

    I have a 97 eclipse spyder (convertible), and I want to put 2 12" on the sides of the trunk, and one 18" in place of the spare tire. Now I'm not desparate to do that, so I want to save some money by finding good deals overtime. I hear mixed opinion on what stuff I should buy. Car Toys people...
