No. It's the Pro Series 6.5. I think it also came in a 3 way version that year that was dubbed 6.5(3)...but I only have the 2 way. It's a great set but I need to replace one mid range driver as it blew on me. My amp wasn't configured correctly...But I'd hate to completely replace the whole...

I have the Pro60's now. Great sound...but the tweet is a little bright. And I have the jumper set to the lowest setting on the crossover. And I too found the focals to be not all that impressive. They were pretty clear. But kind of shrieky if that's even a word. The JL ZR650CSi's were flat...

BTW...I am coming off of having Boston Pros. I blew the driver. I found the tweets a little bright for my taste. But that's completely subjective. Other than that they were awesome. Very clear.

Go listen to some Hertz HSK 165's. You'll be amazed. I was...And this was after I was rolling my eyes while listening to the guy on the phone gush over them...Believe it.

It was a long time ago...but I think it was a 3 channel and he was putting the front and rears on 2 (L/R) channels and my sub on one. It was all garbage equipment from top to bottom..but it actually worked for quite a while before I finally replaced it all. Anyways thanks...

Actually I think my grasp of electronics is quite good. My grasp of bridging is where we are having trouble. So if simply running speakers in parallel is not bridging, then how would one bridge an amp correctly? Is there something that has to be done on the amp side to do this?

Imma, I think you are getting to the crux of my issue here. I have always just assumed "Bridging" meant to run speakers in parallel (ie the positive lead from the left speaker and the positive lead from the right speaker together with the negative lead from the left and the negative from the...
