Yes I have a Shiva on a bridged amp, its a Profile Clarus though, getting 300 watts at 4 ohms. Sounds fine to me though, gets plenty loud/clean for SQ.

I would check out the filter like somebody said, also you could adjust your throttle body to increase RPMs at idle and that might do something. I wouldn't know how though so don't ask

I have a Shiva... you won't be dissapointed if you get one. I never crank it and don't care much how loud it gets, but it sounds quite good at the low/medium levels I listen to.

I'm happy with my Shiva, especially considering it's in a small box with lowish power. Still sounds great. I haven't heard the Alchemy though.

I have a shiva and it's quite nice, and that's when its in a small box with mediocre power. I got my box/amp/sub for $260. For the price it's very good sq. I don't care much for spl but it easily gets loud enough for sq listening.

If someone wants to do something to their car no matter how distasteful it is is fine, it's when the ricers say they are "teh fastest!" and just drive like/be assholes that's what is so obnoxious. Way to go with the probe, the se may be on the slow side but it will always look 10 times better...

I just got an amp and box from Ike, and despite sending them a money order I got my stuff in a week... very fast and cheap, no problems.
