i wouldnt touch a sony again..........the only good thing sony makes is decks......and they blow up now and then

if your dropping the subs in an SUV grab the 15's in a car they sound slow and sluggish but in a big truck like that theyll sound mint.........theyll keep up fine if ya have a big amp for them.......12"S sound more clear because they give destict bass they hit everything hard.......15"s sound...
