will a set of 12" kicker cvr's sound good with a kicker kx 600.1 amp?

i'm also interested in audiobahn, kicker, and alpine. the jl was just an example that i thought of. as far as a box, the bigger the box does it mean i will get a better sound from my subs as far as the bass is concerned?
