Not necessarily looking for perfection. Just wanted to get some cleaner sound without killing my wallet. Can already tell this is going to turn into an expensive hobby though. I definitely won't be spending upwards of $500+ for a DSP at the moment, but possibly down the road.

If I buy a decent EQ, the price of that plus the LC2i is about the same as an LC7i. I guess its better to have the EQ though for the extra control?
