That black plastic thing on top is most likely a flashlight holder. Nothing to do with the systems instilation. The other thing is a terminal cup. The black terminal is for the negative and the red one is for your positive.- I_no_mad

Probable cause is the EXCEPTION to needing a warrant. You DO NOT need a warrant if there is probable cause to believe something illegal is occurring. You may want to read up on Terry v. Ohio...- I_no_mad
