4th order build for the 06' XXX 15

I don't know if this is quoted somewhere or what, but what they mean by that is: The subs will preform similarily in different vehicles using the same box?

    Custom 6x9 Box Questions

Do 6x9's need a specific amount of air in an enclosure? Clearance as well? Should I treat them as smaller subs? (With a few changes of course) I haven't measured it but I'm thinking about making a box with less than a cubic foot of air? Excluding the displacement of the speaker itself.

    1 Alpine Type R 12" Sub box

The crossover cutoff frequency is on your amp, it'll be a dial or digital display if you have a newer amp. It will say "20-20,000 Hz" (dont know exactly what your model will say but it will be in hertz). Tuning your box involves adjusting the length of your port on a ported (vented) box. I...

OK, first and foremost, above all else, etc etc. DO NOT LAUGH! I **** with Photoshop. :-p http://www.tritechservice.com/crude.jpg Barring dimenions, would this be an OK idea for a custom box design, mechanically, that is. How would it sound if I had the subs in the trunk, and the port went...
