I owned a 15" treo ssi and was pretty impressed for the price. Its spl was about on the same level as my old re HC, but had great sq. Going from the couple of w7 setups ive heard im going to say the w7 would probably sound slightly better, but considering prices I think the treo is a better buy.

I know that you want it to be deeper if the port is going to be 10.25". I believe the box should be like 14.25" deep, but I could be wrong...

You may want to look into the install for those diamonds because they generally have pretty decent SQ. I would say stick with your current system unless you are that dissatisfied with the sq.

No, thats not true. Adding ports does not reduce the length like you would think it would. Actually to keep the tuning the same, you have to make each aeroport longer for each one you add. I currently have 2 4" aeroports in my box and there is not any port noise. I reccomend using at least 2...

Yeah, 30 should be good, i have my treo ssi 15 at 30 Hz and its the lowest tuning i would ever need. I would recomend more like 32 Hz, but its ur call...

Those treo subs are a great deal, if i didnt just buy my SSI 15 I'd go for it.

Pheonix gold is a great brand and the subs get low...definitely worth the money

Ive never heard that sub, but I do know that Earthquake is a great company and can see no reason that this product would be any different.
