i am running a ten inch SPL 1000 watt sub...its powered by a 1000 watt hitron amp...my friend has a 10 inch 300 watt kicker cvr powered by a 300 watt rockford fosgate amp...his system hits so much harder than mine when its only 300 wats...how is this so? is it because i am running a cheap amp...

sorry forgot to say my budget is about 250 bucks that stetson is a little pricey haha
