ok, but as for the fact about macthing the amp and sub rms. Is it ok if the amps rms is around 40 less than the subs?

Hi, I just recently purchased a 12" sub by pioneer the TSW307D4. It puts out 400rms at 2 ohms, I know alot of people on here say that you want to match your subs rms with your amps, but i find it really difficult to find amps that are giving out 400rms at 2 ohms, most of them are 360 or 300rms...
