What if i was looking at Soundstream PN4.520D vs. Precision Power S580.4 whats the difference besides one is class D they both look about the same in the specs.

I also do not get the whole watts and ohms thing what would be the the watt and ohms that i need to make my speakers RMS at 100watts?

I just want the sound to be clear and loud because after I get the amp I want to put a sub in the back and an additional amp for that.
