Problem solved contacted Alarm manufacture and they suggested disconnecting alarm antenna to see if I needed a two way anntenna as soon as installer plugged in two way I got mad signals,better than before alarm was installed now um gettin NASA.

It was under the dash now its on the left side on top and the garmin is on the rear trunk
