You really can't go wrong with the Kenwood eXcelon KDC-X492 & X592 HU's which can be found on ebay in the $130-$150 range. It's hard to beat the lower-priced eXcelon's for the money. I'm not a big fan of their other gear but I love Kenwood's eXcelon HU's.
