Problem fixed! Rerouted the input wires which helped greatly. Then added LOC w RCAs and GL block. Sound good and actually so much cleaner than before (even stock with upgraded speakers) I'm guessing that our Factory NAV HU has some pretty dirty sound output. Thanks for the help!
