does anyone have their steering wheel controls hooked up to there pioneer? Got a 09 ford escape and bought a pioneer avucF900bt.

If we hook up a head unit with a 8volt (or more) output to an amplifier, then the volume will get loud very fast when we start to turn it up. Thats my problem and can;t fix it?

Ok so when i turn the line level adapotr gains up, the speakers get real loud, and clip, then just adjust the gain the amp correct? They are line level adaptor not a loc.

what would i do that i have a inline adapter hooked up to the factory head unit and a amp but the inline adapter has 2 dials? How do i set the gains for everything here?

just purchased the Phoenix Gold RSD250.2 amp and the rsd65cs components for my 09 ford escape. Is there any special setting that i have to adjust this amp to to grt the best sound? Never had this amp before and if anyone does or knows about it and the settings i would aprreciate the help. Thanks

what do i use damplifier be ok or the pro?

i hear and smelled fat mat and u can actyally smell ashfault, that would stink up ur car. Can u point me in the right direction for that second skin stuff? Thanks

where do u get it cheap?

I plan on putting these speakers in my 09 escape to replace the front stock speakers and run them with a KICKER ZX150.2. Hopefully they should sound way better then stock. Also how much deadener do u use per door?

I have a 09 ford escape and want to keep the head unit. By adding components like the phoenix goldrsd6.5 and a amp will they sound way better then stock? Don't paln on putting in a sub anytime soon either.

129 and free shipping is alot better. So u are happy with yours? Do u have a sub as well? I won't be so will these still provide me with good bass and clairity ?
