IMHO, i'd bypass your factory amp, and just run your speakers off your HU. I have the same HU and it works fine, plus it'll be a simpler setup that way. and you'll be able to tell if its because of amp or speakers that way.

is it for hd stations or all stations and music? mine does it when it doesnt get good reception for hd radio.

This box is for 2 15" kicker L5's I just bought. had to work around my trunkspace. darkened area is the front. Idk about the port dimensions yet (or where i want to locate it/them). Tips, ideas opinions, info would all be appreciated.

its probably because of a weak battery. My car was doing that also at one point; the car wouldnt turnover, and when i had the keys in the on position, the gauges were going up and down. take that down to advanced auto or autozone to get it checked.

i've looked at ebay, its alright. i'm lookin to finish off my box with black carpet with red trim. i'm mostly interested in red carpet.

thanks guys, do any of yall know anything about the Hifonics HFi2000D or HFi2500D? thats what i'm lookin to power my next set of 15's i get. i get paid this wednesday

right now i have 2 pioneer premier champ series 12's, with power acoustik overrated bamf 2000D. (says 1200 rms, but prob only 1000). lookin at a 2000 rms amp. any recommended 15 subs? under $200 each.

or should i just spend money on higher rated 12's?

is it worth movin up from 2 12's to 2 15's, or will i just end up disappointing myself?

I just need some opinions here. i'm no complete noob, i have a general understanding of car audio. i would just like some pointers. I have a 2002 Monte Carlo SS. I have a kenwood hd545u powering stock speakers that sound alright. Idk what brand tweeters, but 2 just tied in with rear speakers...
