Thanks, but my headunit's constant 12v and switched 12v (ACC) is hooked together, so my HU is always powered no mather the car is running or not. I'm very important to know that detaching the faceplate while the HU is operating really shut off the stereo, because my battery is poor charged

Take new aftermarket speakers, your old speakers are probably blowned out or they cant handle the power from the Xplod
