Not sure about your car, but there are plugs sometimes on the lower firewall, if not than drill a hole.

A lot of cars came with what they called premium sound systems. This seems to be what you have. You have it right thought you should rewire all the speakers, but if your going to do that why not just run all 4 to a 4 way amp?

Nope....stil sound like shit. I rewired them...still sound real muffeled. I have a setting to change phase on the head unit. I tried that also no go. What else could it be?

Duh...that makes sense. I will try a couple things. That being first. Also I was reading the manual for the head unit, and I guess you can switch between full, or sw for the setting for the rca's. Full for speakers, and sw for subs. I will have to see what it is set at. Thanks for the help...

Yeap distorted. How to you wire out of phase? I never did that before.

Yeah maybe the wrong pre outs. I have 2 sets. also 2 sets for additional sceens(pioneer avh-p4000dvd). The speakers are pioneer premier, 80watt rms. High pass on the deck is on at 100hrz. Here is a pic of one side of the amp.
