the flames were free hand cut with a Roto zip style attachement on a dremel, i recommend to anyone else to either use thicker than 1/8 inch plexi or a different cutting source for this type of thing, it turned out cool but it looks like the flames are more etched in ice than a clean cut style look.

    Polk Audio Momo Series Speakers

my buddy has 2 MOMO 12's and from what hes told me and what ive heard the MOMO sub is pretty musical, not really for pounding. plus last year when they came out with their new "look" their leads coming off of the wire jumper always snapped. i have seen tons of these things sent back to MOMO last...

    mtx8000 [chrome?]

yea but IMRAL3 the RMS power on the 6000 is 250 and the RMS power on the 8000 is 500 (400) for the chrome ones. so for the 6000 i had 80% of the RMS power and for the 8000 i had 75%. thats how i compared them.

i have had a 6000 10" and an 8000 10", with proportionate power going to each the 8000 hits harder and deeper. i had 200w goin to the 6000 and 375 goin to the 8000. plus i work at CC and who ever told you that is a dummy.

    Polk Audio Momo Series Speakers

I have a set of the MOMO 6.5 inch components and they are super nice and REALLY clear at high volumes. the 6.5's are like subs they put out so much mid bass, and the tweeters are clear. the only draw back is that you pretty much have to listen to them at low volumes for 40 hours to break them in...

    ford ranger standard cab

i have a 98 reg cab mazda (EXACT same thing as a ranger) and i have one 10" MTX 8000. its enough for me, but if you want to be pretty loud it would be better to have 2 10's. if you own the truck and don't mind experimenting rip all of the plastic behind the seat out and lay some plastic down...

    1996 Chevy S10

Any mid-bass coming out of the 6X9's will be way overpowered by the subs, and any highs will be muffled by the seats.
