I've done the maths, and my calculations tell me this: If i use 1 port, it has to be 4 inches long If i use 2 ports, they only have to be 3.5 inches long. Does this sound right to you peeps or not? It doesn't sound right to me

If i use a 12" sub in a vented box that currently uses a 10" subwoofer, what, in terms output (acoustical or mechanical) will change? I wont be using the exact same box, i'll be building an exact replica, the only difference is i hope to use a 12" sub.
