My DEH-P860 is doing the same thing. The motorized face plate won't come down after a while, just beeps and does nothing. Resetting the unit does nothing. Tapping the unit a couple of times or an occasional, slightly harder punch will fix it. I'm still under warranty, will be for a couple of...
