i used to have that amp and i had it bridges all the way down. It heats up and shuts off once in a while. Like a really hot day and after playing it for a while. But it sounds great.

I was wondering if you could hook up Car audio subs (10") to a home reciever. Would it sound good? Or would that be overpowering the reciever. If so is there some kind of amp that you would have to buy. Thanks.

That is a pretty good price on that setup. I think that that amp sells for almost that price brand new. Becareful buying used speakers though. You do not know what kind of abuse they have been through. I personally would not but used speakers but you never know you might get good ones. Also...

I think that the type-S only comes in a six speed.

I have driven/worked on both. if you were going to choose the acura it would have to be type-s. If it isnt i wouldnt even bother. The audi is also i nice car though. I have no complaints on either i guess it all depends on what she likes.

I have a friend with those speakers and he is running a smaller amp but sounds awesome. He has 2 12" Perfects w/ a punch 500a2 and a cap. If you want more go to the punch 800 but the 500 sounds really good.
