    Need a 300 x 2 W RMS full range amp

Hey Guys, I'm replacing a pretty high powered 2 channel amp that is now discontinued.  Instead of paying out of the teeth for something that isn't made anymore, I'm going to replace it with newer and hopefully better technology.  Does anyone have any suggestions for a full range amp?  I need 2...

    Need a 1000 x 1 DIGITAL sub amp

So I can't find any current draw requirements for the 1800.1D The owners manual just calls for a giant external 160A fuse. I don't know what that implies. I doubt the current draw is 160 amps... is it? http://www.precisionpower.com/html-version/manuals/PPI-Black-Ice-Amps.pdf PrecisionPower...

    Need a 1000 x 1 DIGITAL sub amp

Those are impressive numbers and I do have a soft spot for PPI. Gotta look for how much current draw it requires and see if a stock alternator for a 2000 suburban will support it

    Capacitor vs. Extra Battery

    New Subwoofer install problems

No, totally didnt think about changing the ground wire. I'm currently using a 1' section of 8 gauge as ground to bare metal. Guess that's an easy swap but can imagine that is the culprit. I'll Change it anyhow

    New Subwoofer install problems

You think that will solve the issue of too much current draw even if it is the Amp?

    New Subwoofer install problems

Okay, finally got around to fixing all these bugs and I'm still having issues. I closed all the holes in the subwoofer enclosure, swapped the power line for 2 gage, and turned down the gains. The amp will run longer without shutting off but it still shuts off after about 25 minutes of very...
