    Kenwood KDC-X890: USB/iPod capabilities question...

That reviewer pretty much got it right. The interface is slow as molasses. Forget about searching for a specific song or artist unless you've got a 1 GB Ipod Nano. I've got a 60 GB Ipod...I basically just put it on random and skip the stuff I'm not in the mood for. Of course I bought it as a...

    Need some help with XXV-01

AFAIK, the remote will only skip tracks. I'm pretty sure my last 3 Kenwoods were the same way (I've got a XXV-01D BTW). When I had Sirius on my last HU it would do the same thing once in a while. I generally left it alone and it would come back on its own. I just chalked it up to it...

    eXcelon XXV-01D - *PIX!* - 56K? Maybe not...

I love my XXV-01D too! I had a Excelon KDC-x969 before this, and the XXV-01D blows that out of the water! It's nice to see a post from a fellow Kenwood lover!!

    Kenwood MP vs Kenwood Excelon

I think the main difference between the x889 and the XXV-01D is (allegedly) upgraded internal components and the bada$$ display on the 01D. I guess you could consider that a fourth level, but since they're only producing the XXV models this year, I don't think you should.

Sold FS: CDT EF-61cf and CDT EF-61cv

Each set is lower than what you could buy them NIB for by about $30, plus I'm offering to cover shipping. Actually the EF-61CFi/25 are lower by about $50. And, except for the fact that I took them out of the box, they are NIB. I will take offers though. I guess I should have said that in the...

    WTB: 6.5 Components or Co-Axials, and 6x9's

Well, let me refer you to my thread, here: http://forums.caraudio.com/vb/showthread.php?t=130840 That is one set of comps and one set of convertible coax/comps. I'm asking $200 and $120 for them, but I'll let them go for $300 with shipping included. A bit above your price range, but they're...
