    I was talking to a buddy and he recommended wiring the d2 sub up to 1 ohm on the amp and not turning the gain up very much. Is this a good idea? Because I want it to be LOUD but I don't want to mess anything up as I want it to last.

    I bought a sundown sae-1500d then bought the sundown sa12 rev 3 d2. Sub is 750w RMS Amp is 1 ohm 1500w 2 ohm 750w 4 ohm 450w I thought since at 2 ohm it's exactly the subs RMS so I got the d2. How would I wire the sub at 2 ohms?
