get em, theres actually 2 rips in the sorround. Same size as in pictures, same direction, on the same sub.

no dry rot, just checked and squeezed the surround all the way around with my fingers. They have been always kept indoors out of the sun.

Here are some pics, I had to push back the sorround a bit so you can see the rip. The rip is straight through, looks like a razor cut or something. Excuse the dust.
