i have 12L7.If i turn the frequency up past 40hz to 200hz what will be the benefit.

I wanted to know if i should ajust this or leave it at the factory setting.If I adjusted it what would be the benefit if any.

I installed the sub in a sealed box that is 1.75 cf. this enclosure allows the sub to handle 750 watts rms.I allready know ported is louder but reduces the rms down to 400 watts.should i just leave it sealed and buy another sub and port them on the 81000d.

I have a 12 l7 in a 1.75 sealed box.I have the sub wired for 2ohm operation.My question is would a mtx 81000d amp rated at 1200rms be to much for this sub or should i get a smaller amp.

I have a 83 Cutlas Supreme and I am going to get kicker brand subs.I am stuck between a 12l7 and the comp vr 18.If i am looking for knock the trunk off spl how would they compare to each other or would they compare at all.I will be using a mtx 81000d amp 1000wts rms to the sub.

Thats good to here.Because I had a jl w6 on that amp and the mtx destroyed the speaker.the tensel leads on the jl were burned to a crisp.it was only doing 3ohms.this amp is serious and i need something that can handle it.I will try the kicker 12 l7 and see what happens

I have a mtx 81000d rated at 1200 watts rms in 2ohm load.If I purchase a 12 inch kicker solo 12 l7 rated at 750 watts in a 2ohm load will it handle the mtx power.I will be porting the box which will reduce power handeling.
