I like Jensen models. They have several MP3/CD players and are very full featured for the price. I just purchased the MP5010K which is their top MP3 player. But if you want to spend a little less, their MP3310 or MP3510 are excellent choices too. Mine has 5 volt preouts, preset scan as well...

The latest amps have "pass-thru" capability so you can use just one pair of outputs (left, right RCA) and daisey chain multiple amps. Most amps also have selectable crossovers built-in. As long as you don't plan to fade, this is a good option, less routing of patch cords, less chance of noise...
