How good is US Acoustics quality of their amps?

I want to build a box for these because my car has no real enclousure in the rear, they just get mounted, so they won't have any area of air to compress or anything for the bass. If anyone knows how big the box to build should be, like the volume or whatever, or has any ideas, any help would be...

I am buying a pair of these for the rear of my car. I want to amp them and i want to spend probably at most around 100 or 130 on the amp. They are 110 rms each, 330 peak. Thanks a lot guys.
