I currently have a JL Audio W7 8 Inch sub being powered by a JL Audio XD 600/1 amp. I am trying to decide if I should sell or trade that amp in for a JL Audio 500/5 amp. That way I can power up the subwoofer and all of my speakers. Do you think the 500/5 is enough power for the 8W7?

I'm looking at a JL Audio Jx500/1D thinking of pairing it with my 8 Inch W7 would this be a good match? Or would you recommend something else? I haven't seen to many reviews on this amp?

I just bought a JL Audio W7 8 inch sub woofer and need a box for it. It is going in a Pontiac G8 if that helps. Let me know what you guys suggest or where or who makes custom boxes.
