what would hold it in then? it comes with no brackets or side plates

i have purchased this for a replacement for a din and half. It was in a Motor home i am having trouble finding a universal mounting sleeve that fits this 7" radio for the install. can anyone point me in the right direction. A 110mm radio sleeve is too small. thanks
