Accidents happen. Item was damaged during shipping, even though it was reasonably packed. Buyer refused to take item to inquire about filing a claim and wouldn't try to work any sort of amicable settlement. Instead he just wants to jump the gun and make a thread bashing seller. Bad buyer. Avoid.

I'm sorry that it happened and i tried to work it out. He just didn't want to deal with coming to some sort of reasonable solution that would work for both of us. Maybe he didn't have the time to do that, with a sick relative, but he had the time to make this thread. Perhaps it could have been...
