They are dvc and I used 4awg wires. What else could be the problem

I have 2 jl w'3 and a rockford fosgate 2 channel 800 watt amp and one rockford farad cap. My problem is that I keep on blowing my 60 amp fuses and also my amps over heats too quick. I went to the shop where I got it hooked up and they unbridged my connection but I'm not getting as much power as...
