WTB a 15" D2 older model Fi BL with flatwind coils.

Update: The holes have not worn through the second spider. My buddy built a box and we hooked it up to a Planet Audio AP2000D. Sounds fine and hits hard. The guy I bought it from sent me $100 to get it reconed. So as of now I paid 40$ for this working sub.

I know the older models did rated power. I'm sure the newer models aren't far off. I'd take it for $230 but offer him $210 lol. Great amps for cheap.

Looks like I'll be taking a ride to Largo and getting my money back. They are pretty small holes, glue is a no go?

I picked up a Fi BL today and noticed small holes in the spider under the tinsel leads. Looks like some serious tinsel slap. The holes are no bigger than .25 inches each. Repairable?

I'm looking for a pair of 6.5s to go in my 98 civic. I listen to alot of techno, electronic, dubstep, and some rap. I don't have an amp yet, the speakers will decide what amp I need to get. My budget is 150. I'm looking for components.

I was able to fit a 15" XXX in a ported box in my civic trunk. Sub up port back. It's do-able.
