is this amp mounted upside down. I have /had one that I sent back to DD because it went into protect, got it back and it went into protect again. Now I 'm using a memphis PR1.1000 but that really big.

How long has the amp been at DD. Because I sent one back through the dealer and I've been without it for 3 weeks now.

so basically what i was told is correct. Because I had a dual 4ohm sub bridged on a 2 channel amp that was not 2ohm stable and it kept blowing its fuse and I was wondering if that was the reason.

I was told that if I bridge a subwoofer that is 4ohms on a 2 channel amp that it would make the amp only see 2ohms, is this true and if so why? I understand the dual 4ohm and making it 2 ohms but the 4ohm on a 2 channel making it 2 i can't get.

Hey just an update today I went to another dealer of DD and there prices were better. So I picked up a 1512 in a DD porter box and a M80 amp for $560 out the door. How does that sound and is that a good combo.

I would like to think everyone for the fast responce to my question I think that I will go with the 1508s. Two might be what i'm looking for I might jkust have to save up some more money. I just want a good sounding system that I can enjoy and be proud of without taking up alot of space. Thank...

I like sound quality, nice deep bass but not too loud. I don't want to be in the car and the person next to me has to yell at me so that I can hear them. More or less a well balanced system

ok, tell me this why should I get the 1508s over any other sub that won't take up too much space. Currently I have 1 JL Audio 12w0 That is about 8 years old powered by an kenwood amp that puts out about 220 watts. How big of an upgrade is this compared to the set up I currently have.
