I think you're totally confusing the crossover adjustments with the EQ. Are you bi-amping the front stage?

All their amps went up by 1 in the model # like that. The newer models have different terminal blocks, and Infinity says they have revised input gain circuitry. The older models seem to be $100-$150 cheaper.

After the amp. You're making it more complicated than it is. It just sends everything above the crossover point to the tweeter and everything below to the woofer. Leave the HPF on the amp where it's at (or use your HU's HPF) if you don't want the woofer playing anything below 80 Hz.

They don't come with woofer grills. What size you want would depend on how it's mounted. If you want to try to find a grill that has mounting holes that line up with the speaker mounting holes, they're 6 1/8" center to center. If you flush mount the woofer in the pod (you need the 5 5/8" hole...

I'm not sure what you mean by the grill dimension. The woofer cutout is 5 5/8" and the full diameter is 6 5/8". They're 3" deep. The tweeter cutout is 2 1/4" and the trim ring is 2 5/8".
