    **** im ****in pissed

I would bet it's the 8ga wire. I would not use smaller than 4ga. I have an xtant 600watt amp and i requires 4ga. read ur manual it probably has a wiring requirement.

simple question: 4ga ground, 8ga power?

bigger is better for wiring. I have 8ga power and 4ga ground for a 600watt amp. I figure the power will exit faster with a bigger ground cable. what ill effect could possibly arise

    Help!!!!!

I would definately go with MA audio. They are a lot better quality in general. audiobahn subs are crap, that is partially why you wont find them in retail stores. Audiobahn requires a lot of wattage for little output. I would be leary about buying a sub that has such high power requirements and...

Infinity perfect, should I run 2 or 4 ohms

I am buying an infinity perfect 12.1 subwoofer. It is 350/rms 1400/peak @ 4ohms. I have an xtant 600w mono amp that will put out 400w @ 4ohms or 600w @ 2ohms. I am not sure if I should stick with a 4ohm svc perfect or go dvc and run the full 600watts@ 2 ohms. The reason I am asking is because...

    can my Xtant 600/rms power a 750/rms?

my amp is rated 600w @ 2 ohms, 400w @ 4 ohms. I just want a good SPL subwoofer that will be heard from outside my car. Im not looking to build a show system. I could spend a few hundred dollars. I am going with a ported box and the sub will need to be dual 4ohm.

    can my Xtant 600/rms power a 750/rms?

I have an Xtant 600watt mono amp. I am looking for the loudest deepest 12" subwoofer I can run with that amp. I have narrowed it down to 2 choices, either an RF HX2 500/rms 1000/max or a pioneer TS-W2000SPL 750/rms 2,000/max. I am kind of leaning toward the pioneer, however I cant find out much...
