Pulled my headunit and when "jiggling" one of the RCA wires the feedback/cutting in and out would occur. Seemed to be a good connection if not better than the other wire that made no noise. Changed the entire RCA cable and been a few days with no more problems.

Pretty sure im having the same EXACT problem that you are and I made my own thread but if you findout ehat it is please let me know. Im going to change grounds and regound my head unit and try and ground my rca outputs to bypass this PICO fuse or whatever the hell it is lol.
