I'd go with 20%....that's the legal limit here in ky.

Ok so I currently have 2 12" Solo Kickers which is 3000 watt peak. My amp is only 1000 watts. Ok so I kno 1000w isnt enough to push my kickers but sometimes when I have on about volume 20-25 the subs will go out and on my amp the power light will still be on and the over current light comes on...
