nah, i'm pretty gentle on the speakers.

all of my vehicle's speakers will occasionally turn on and off or cut completely for prolonged periods of time. i know very little about electrical wiring in cars beyond connecting a cd player. interestingly, my subs continue to function when the speakers cut. i don't really know where to start...
