at my current budget i cant afford 2 IS 15's, with about 1300 would the HDC3 18 be louder then a L7 15 condsidering both were in optimanl slot ported enclosures? i want it loud but primarily concerned about lows, i figured the HDC3 18 is a no brainer as far as the lows are concerned but as far...

meh as in what???? am i better off with one GREAT sub or 2-4 "ok" subs

alright i have a 2006 magnum with 10 cubic feet to play with my sub choices are 1 AQ HDC3 18 1 Kicker L7 15 2 L5 15's i have 1300 watts on tap, now i kno the AQ can handle more but ive done plenty of of setups with 15's and im really wanting to try out the 18 and more power will be added...

i agree, dont waste any money on crunch shit, if ur gonna get an entry level sub go with some kicker comp's, something along those lines, and i also agree one 15 ported in that space would sound better then 3 12's suffocated

****, i was feelin iffy about my power for the HDC318, i figured it said 1000 rms but i noticed alotta ppl were feedin it twice that daily, i was just wanting to get away from the kicker thing since ive ran them for so long, but man IA has some nice subs look well built but way outta my price...
