The badge is missing on one of my A series Cadence amps. The one that looks like as shown below: Does anyone have any idea where I may obtain such a badge? I had no luck with Cadence having any lying around.

I would think maybe the ZRS C9 or CSA1000.4. The CSA is smaller than your listed size and the ZRS is a hair larger.
