Does anyone have any more ideas on this problem

the gain is set a little under half, i dont think it is the gain would there be a reason the rcas might send a overloaded signal

but there is no sound coming out at all, even when it frist powers up but it stays cool until i plug in the rca cables i have never had this happen before

i didn't realize everyone checked eveywhere any more ideas on my problem

the amp does fine if there is nothing hooked up. No RCA and no speaker wire. it stays cool until the rcas are pluged in.

it is mounted in the trunk, free of obstruction, the rca's are brand new but the amp is an older RF. i used to have it in my jeep and it worked fine and now this crap keeps happening. at first i thought it might be the ground so i changed it, then i thought the subs weren't wired right but they...

i cant figure out why this amp keeps overheating all my wireing to the amp is done right but once i plug the rca's in it starts to shut down and over heat any ideas...

i have a older fosgate amp and the problem i am having is strange all the wireing is set up right but once i connect my rca the amp over heats and shuts down any ideas on this
