sigh... i'll just buy a 500w 4ch amp. this is way too much stress. either that or i leave the sub out on two channels of the amp then use the front or rear L+R on the nex two so i'll just have LEFT and RIGHT in the cabin.... no front/rear. that sucks!! open to anymore suggestions though btw...

no the sub is dual coil. i don't really want to buy any more things... so basically i HAVE to add something to get what i want here.. what if i connected all four speakers on the four channels of the amp then connected the sub on them as well (bridged)? will it share the power? but i wont be...

check all of your power/ground connections, fuse etc... if not, you can always change your deck every two days lol

Ok i have a 2003 lancer with a stock HU. and a power acoustik amp taking its source from the rear speakers. i spliced the wires and now i two wires go back to the speakers and two wires are on two rca heads (L+R) going into a power acoustik pre-amp. here's the problem... when i turn on the HU...
