So I've searched Massive's website, as well as this one, and others, and can't find any t/s parameters, recommended enclosure setups, or anything else for the cw series subs. I just got a cw 15 and would like to know the optimal ported box size/tuning. Any help is greatly appreciated.

My RSD's didn't like over about 80rms until I deadnened and sealed everything. Now it seems like they are begging for more. Not sure why it made a difference, but they WILL NOT distort on an unclipped signal, no matter how much I give them.

Get 2 type 10" E's instead of 1 type R if your stuck that size sealed enclosure. They'd have better SQ, and probably get just as loud. Everybody hates on the E's, but I've had a few in the past, and I thought they were a decent sub for $55 shipped brand new.

I always thought that those woofers were more for midbass. Whats the frequency range like on those things, and have you ever had any 10's/12's/15's in that car to compare the output to?

Are you stuck on sealed, and are you stuck on a 10"? A Phoenix Gold RSD12 in a 1.4-1.8cu.ft sealed, or a RSD10 in about a .8cu.ft sealed would have very good SQ, and they are cheap. You could get the sub for about $100 shipped, and that leaves you a good deal of $ for a good amp and a box. And...

The inner diameter of the coil is 2". What does that leave me for choices? The bottom half is a 10" sub. It measures pretty much the exact same as my concept 10's I have laying around.
