Nasonex doesnt work for me,neither does flonase, nasacort, singulair, allegra, zyrtec, cleratin, or any of the rest of em and believe me I tried. The only thing that works for me is 4Way fast acting nasal spray. Its death to your mucous membranes tho as it constricts blood flow to that area...

^ I feel ya man. Im 6" 150 skinny as **** right now and my metabolism is ridiculous. I have to eat 4 meals a day just to keep my current weight..if i skip a meal there goes like 4 pounds right there. Its hard to gain weight.

If that's your altima...its probably gonna be 100-250 depending on if it has the chip or not. I work for nissan, they charge you a grip for the actual key..then they gotta pay the tech to program it so whatever the labor rate is on top of that. They really **** when it comes to programming...
