one started crackling tonight like it was blown and then it stopped after i shut it off for an hr or so but i figure ill just go ahead and send them back anyway. do they have to be registered to send them back? ill have to dig up some info to do that but it wouldnt be a problem

if it was the speaker wire that was bad would the highs get through? cause if not then its gotta be the crossover cause the connections from the cross over to the speaker were tight. if i send them bakc on warranty should i send both or just the one? thanks for the help

yea its got a cross over. i figured maybe wiring but im not sure. i think im jsut gonna email infinity and see what they say. the durn thing isnt but 4 months old

ive got infinity kappa 6.5" 3ways and for some strange reason it jsut stopped working. only one speaker works fine. the other will put out the high sounds but no low sounds at all. if i push the cone down a hair it starts working for a few seconds and then stops. it worked fine this morning and...

i think on ebay the 13w7 was only like $650

there are so many subs and i have no idea what to get. basicalls i wanna get 2 subs thatll push out a lot of clear sounding bass. i want 12"s or 15"s. i was looking at the audiobahn flame q (i think thats what they were the ones with the flame basket) 15"s... i figure i can get 2 of those put...

ive tried the speaker in both positions. the old speaker had them connected through a clip so it didnt show the polarity. are there any other ways like maybe somethin wiht a battery i guess?

right now im in the middle of installing infinity kappas into my car and i cant figure out which is positive and negative on the factory wires. its a 93 nissan nx2000. one wire is pink and the other is blue. if anyone knows how i can find out if its positive or negative please tell me ASAP! thanks

on ebay the majority of them are $350. brand new in box with warranty. so its a good deal. but then again i may just buy a cheaper hu and get subs and then buy that hu in the summer. i gotta find out how much money i have and what kind of subs i can get and all first.

i ordered kappa speakers off ebay and i wanna put an amp on them ive got the 4x6 2 ways with RMS at 60 watt and ive got 6.5" 3 ways w/ RMS at 75 watt so whats an affordable amp that i can hook up to these speakers. i want a good quality amp at a good price. thanks

the auction said $1200... im not sure what the deal is with the 3 ohm its too confusing for me cause i have no idea what ohm is i was just gonna hook up the amp... actually i may have to pay someone to do it cause of insurance im not really worrying about that til i get it all.
