If i order something from sonic electronix how long would it take to get to new york with standard ground shipping?

How would i go about putting in a line out converter in a 95 silverado? do i have 2 take the radio out or just remove a panel or can i just do it from under the dash? i have a used axxess LOC and there are 5 wires coming from it, 2 grey, 2 white, 1 black. The grey and whites are for the +/-...
