we'll it says it has a 1200 watt max power. so since i have a 1200 watt amp does that mean i can turn it all the way up or not? i still trying to figure out the difference between wrms and max. ohh and is that box ported or sealed? Thanks

No...I made one go into protected mode first. Then i was stupid enough to do it to the other amp. But now i have it all exactly the same i'm just using a JBL 1200.1 and its doing fine. I just want these other amps for a different install. Thanks, Cybertaz126

I have the Boss RIP595 1000W and the Boss HC4000. I have 3 Kicker CompVR's 12's wired up as 4 ohm a piece,wired in parallel, which would total up to 1.33 ohms. On both amps i have my bass boost up about a quarter of the way. For the gains i just turn them up as much as i could without them...

Naw those ports are PVC pipe, bout 6" long. But anyways your saying that it would be better to have a sealed box. I'm not really set on having a ported box but i always thought with a ported box it would get louder and deeper. I had the 12's in a sealed box before and they sounded like they...

when i had my old ported box with 2 15's it was about 22"deep 22"high and 44" wide
